Tried the Kaoss Pad Quad today

And I must say it REALLY rocked! Very, very cool machine this one.
I especially liked the 'Freeze' function and the FX depht knob. Amazing possibilities.
I'm planning on pairing it up with an iPad2, and recording the results into my computer.
Anyone else tried it?

I have one and I love it. I enjoy being able to really make the effect sound like I want on it instead of being stuck with effects I could not edit.

My feelings exactly
I've been jamming with it for hours today, totally bliss. Already made some killer beats with the thing, this has got to be one of the best buys in years - at least regarding fun factor and instant results.

Now the Quad doesn't have any synth or drum patterns correct? You are talking about just mangling, running effects on a killer beat?

Ahh, yeah - programmed some beats in Akai SynthStudio for the iPod and mangled them with the QuadPad. Amazing fun
