Is there any hopes to see piano roll in M50, like new Roland

So I was impressed this features in the Roland Gi.

We have so much good display/GUI with drum track and so poor "event edit" mode of M50.

I think it's very powerfull for drum and other seq. Is there any types of virtual pressure on the KORG Inc for future software updating of M50?
Version 2.0 for M50 with piano roll will be good.

Common KORG!

May be we should for writing a big petition for official management... :)

Isn't there a drum roll editor in the M3? So Korg has probably just left it out in the M50 to give the M3 some extra value.

From a business perspective it probably doesn't make sense either. You'd want to keep the M3 special, plus people can get a good DAW free(like reaper), included with OS (garageband), or for low cost that blows away any functionality you could put on a 4"x4" screen on the keyboard. I sympathise with Korg on this one.

Ditto. The M50 touchscreen is a godsend for moving around the interface, selecting things, and specially building patches and combis. But for hard core midi editing, nothing like a PC Daw.

Yeap, but even Korg Radias GUI/screen is more powerfull for step seq. for drums then m50 gui. This style of working with drums will be good for m50.

When you working with workstation such as m50, you always want for go out of DAW.
