hi
im new to the extreme and wondered if i am able to record an audio sample from my pc and save it to the tritons internal memory then allocate it to a certain key and split the keyboard to use the upper part to play normally whilst triggering the sample ?

You can sample with the Triton Extreme, but the sample can't be stored in internal memory. Samples must be reloaded from external media (it's a CF card or something that the Extreme takes, I think; double-check this if you don't already have media since I'm not sure of the exact type) every time you power the machine. What you do is sample into RAM and then save the samples on media.
