Are there any users that can give some guidance on approximating a sound set that is ready to play that gets close to the Roland SKAT setting?

Well, having asked the question, I found that it can be done quite nicely by using Take1 or Take2 stock sounds and putting them on the upper keyboard and then the real tweek seems to be to run that voice through Effect 13 which is Talking Modulator and then run the 100 % modulated product back through reverb so that means that Talking modulator has to be on effect D since there is only a D to C routing patch which I set as high as it needed to get a presence. This means that the other two upper voices can be used for two pianos or a piano and an outstanding solo instrument for example. This gets closer to Roland's skat sound and gives the user control over many parameters such as the vowels to impose Ah Eee I, Oh, Uoo limited to 3 alternating ones but this is what gives the variety of vowel sounds that gives something better than just the Take 1 and 2 voices.kgardner wrote:Are there any users that can give some guidance on approximating a sound set that is ready to play that gets close to the Roland SKAT setting?
