PLease HELP!!!!

today i turned on my m50 61 key ..the korg m50 main screen appears and then it says updating right panel,then updating left panel,and then it says update completed please power off.When i turn it on its the same thing..i dont know what going on ..after turning it on and off a few times the system will competly load up ,but the none of the buttons will light up.not letting me go anywhere ...what should i do ? it seems to me that the system needs to be reset....

Try updating the OS as the instructions explain. Perhaps it could fix it. If not, can be related to some fried capacitors, it happened in early Serial numbers. Take a look at forums, about this problem. Which number is yours?

where would i find that serial number? theres a white sticker and a grey sticker

also ,how do you update the os ? when i open the files its not written in english.i really dont understand...if this dsnt work.this will be the 3rd time going back to the repair shop.im convinced that this is just a broken unit.nothing but problems from the time i got it...i wish korg will just take this back and giver me another one.this is getting out of hand. Sometimes it starts up without a problem and it will be in program mode.none of the buttons respond.it wont let me go anywhere meaning to sequence mode,global,etc.none of the buttons light up..the only function that works its the touch screen

my mistake you absolutly right.it was the pc i was using.I had to switch.
