Triton LE 76 SEQ Mode Issues

Hello, I have a Triton LE 76 that I need a little help with. In SEQ mode I can Copy from Combi and record track 1 but when I switch instruments for the next track the original instrument sounds crazy! This is before I even record track 2! Can anyone assist me with this?
