hello

Thought I might as well post here,

I'm a bit of hobbyist as the name suggests, I took a year of piano lessons when I was 11, but due to family matters they were discontinued and I stopped playing piano altogether.

12 years later, I remembered that I liked playing music, so I bought myself a korg x50 to have some fun with, 8 months on I don't regret it one bit!

Looking to the future, I'm working on some atmospheric music for a small video game that I'm programming.

I've also found a good place to listen to other musicians work and interact is the WeAreTheMusicMakers subreddit http://www.reddit.com/r/WeAreTheMusicMakers/ which is a mix of professionals and amateurs.

Welcome!

Are you using the X50 VST plug-in editor?

The editor is the best way to see what the X-50 can do.

Welcome X50!

For the money, the X50 is a fantastic board, and super practical to-boot! Did you opt for the 61-key or 73-key version?

Enjoy!

X50 . . .

Yup, M50/73, and I can see from your gear list that your's is a 61-key.
