Pa2x problems - help!

Hi,
I bought a pa2x, i had a pa-800 before upgraded to latest version 2.51, I transferred all my styles and performances as well as global settings, Now in the pa2x when i'm playing i feel my mix is not good, the ACC tracks are lower then it should be, So i pressed shift + start-stop button, It comes back to original volume, Then after 2 minutes playing with a performance (and i'm not changing the performance to a different one), I feel everything gets lower in volume except the bass, (drum i'm not sure). then I hit again shift + start-stop, same thing. Weird!
Also, When i'm using an overdrive guitar and i pitch, it gets out of tuning, Some times when i [itch again to the same position it'll help, many other times not. Then also the piano performance would be de-tuned, as well as the strings etc..
Again, on the pa800 i never had any problem, i upgraded to pa2x, both were upgraded to latest version, I didn't touch anything
