R3 Wishlist

Well, There's a radias wishlist, why not an R3 one.

I'd like to start it off with the only update that really matters to me right now- patching to portamento! This would expand my patches a lot, I'm not sure if its possible, but if I could patch say velocity to portamento it'd be great...

You can do this with V2.0 on the Radias, however when playing monophonically the results are kind unpredictable. It seems to affect porta time from the velocity of the previous note rather than the new one. Neat idea though.

I don't have an R3 but I found it quite disappointing that it doesn't have the extra mod destinations that were added to the Radias V2.0. If it did have them then I would be more interested in getting one for more portable use e.g. a solo synth at gigs.

Not really a wishlist for the R3s firmware or anything.....but a bloody custom fit gig bag would be awesome, kinda similar to the Gator ones for the Microkorg and XL lol...the Nord ones which fit are hard to find and some of the Guitar pedals cases arent padded enough.

Patching velocity to portamento would be great tpantano!

I'd like more timbres but then this would eat into Radias sales :( I find myself wanting a Radias more and more these days lol. Even a 3rd Timbre with drums would be a nice addition, sometimes I cant be bothered booting up my MPC's or Electribes to get a beat to play/sync LFO's etc along to, just to get a feel for how it will sound with other elements.

I dunno if it would be possible but being able to patch the Audio in Thru straight to the effects without having to use an arp on latch with all steps on etc and eat into a timbre would be great. I know it defeats the purpose, especially if you wanted no effects on incoming audio, but having the option to turn "audio in thru to effects" on and off would be awesome

I could definitely do with an extra sequencer (or two extra sequencers for that matter  ). Other than that, I think I'm pretty happy with the R3.
