Buying LAC-1, EXs-3, MOD-7 questions
It's been a while since I've purchased anything for the Oasys and I do have the LAC-1 but I am interested in buying the other EXs-3 and MOD-7 instruments. Help me refresh my memory. The instruments actually come with the updated OS's and when you buy them, you are actually only purchasing an authorization code to unrestrict their useage/function correct?

And they are all well worth the money too.
I've been in the Studio for the last 3 days straight with clients and I have another 7 days ahead of me so I'm positively buzzing right now fully of OASYS bliss.
Every engine is being pushed to the limit, and every system. It's a big project that requires attention to detail and clarity that could only ever be accomplished on the OASYS.
The Poly 6 and MS Engines are getting some heavy use for sure.
Cheers
Sharp.

It depends on the types of sounds you're after. But I highly recommend the MOD7 update. This engine is very powerful and its sounds are convincing.
EXs3 makes only sense if you're looking for sampled brass/woodwind. It's high quality for sure - but not everybody needs that. Keep in mind it eats into free-RAM too.
