changing sample types of imported samples

Post by shabby »

it does not seem to be possible to change the type of samples from one type to another, if u did not sample them in the MS.

or can u?

anyway i need some sampled tekst to play jsut once and then stop at the end. now i need to hold the key for the whole time the tekst lasts... or loop it and then remove the loop at the end..

both bothers me when i play live. casue i need to do toher stuff while the sample is running

Technically, there is only one type of sample. You can turn off or on Looping by pressing the "Loop" button.

One Shot = the release is set at 127
Gate = the release is set at 0

Wait... do you mean mono to stereo or 44.1 to 48?

aah.. yes.. well i resampled the sample as a one shot on the same key as the original (which is a nice feature.. u do not need to use another key for the resample...)
