MICROSAMPLER = ESx1 + KAOSS PAD3????

Hi, the new microsampler have te features of esx1+kaoss pad3? ist a god complement to emx1? Thanzs!

No, a microSampler does not equal a ESX and KP3.
ESX has three effect banks, opposed to the microSampler's one - and the ESX has a step sequencer similar to the EMX, while the microSampler has a very basic loop based linear sequencer. If you know your EMX well, I would stick with an ESX.
A microSampler is more for grabbing samples quickly, rather than sequencing them, and I believe you can fire more samples at a time (36). The microSampler is quite fun with the EMX, but not as powerful as the ESX.
Depends on the type of music you're making, I guess.

I WISH they had made it work more like the ESX! But it's actually quite different...
It's really it's own thing which you might like better or worse
MORE ELECTRIBES PLEASE!
and a Kaoss surface on one would be a fine addition
