Is that true? a friend of mine living in Paris told me that it's. :lol: I can't believe that anyway!

The reason this might be true is environmental nutbars in Europe have forced through a "no lead" requirement for manufactured products. So everything has to be made with lead free components, including solder. Since MOSS boards are no longer being made, I believe, they can't be sold new, only used, but that would be Europe wide.

Of course, the metal they replace lead with is cesium, which has its own problems. But hey, at least it's not lead... :roll:
