Strange work of OS 1.1.0 with restoring PCG - "700 pres

"700 presets of 1.1.0" are disappear after Initialization m50.

There are no any pressets of effects after restoring PCG both from m50 global mode, and from SD card backup, which was making before Initialization.

I make conclusion that "700 presets bonus" are not saving in ROM/FLASH memory of M50, am I right?
Where is it store? In RAM? But Why it saving after power off, and not saving on SD card as backup?

How it's restore? Will I need update OS from step 1 to step 2, or can I begin restoring from step 2 immediately?
