Does anyone have any suggestions or know about an adapter for the korg m 50 that lets you mount on the back so you can read sheet music? I thought about a music stand, but it seems clumsy with a keyboard.

It's not particularly clumsy to use a music stand. Depending on the context, I either use one or use a laptop with PDF leadsheets sitting on top of my custom keyboard rack.
