Sounds like you could find a organ patch and put a slow phase on it and up an octave.

I'm sure others have more complex settings than the one I gave.

Cheers :)

bsr2002 I figured out how insert the phase effect and that sounds better but what do you mean by"up an octave" how do you do that and what effect does it have.

Seeing this post I've have kept thinking i've thought I saw this in Keyboard mag & I just found the issue this artice is in. Get ahold of issue date 11-2006 & it's under vintage sounds!
Never tried it with my PC2X but I'm gonna try it now with this wonderful TritonLE.

Thanks for the reference Larry. Unfortunately down under in Australia I won't be capable of securing securing that mag.
Any chance of emailing me the relevant page if its not to much trouble.
I am keen to hear how you got on with trying it out on your TRLe.
Good Luck :)

I'm at work right now so don't have the board in front of me, but go into the menue and you should be able to find some kinda transpose. I'll get back with you.

Won't Get Fooled Again Sound

Post by samriccijr »

Hi all:

I did this on an Le using a delay. My band plays this tune on every gig.

You can also do this with a Boss Delay with a Tap Tempo Input.

Use a basic Organ Program with no percussion.
Optional use LFO to modulate Filter.
Use Tempo to modulate LFO.

Make a Combination Split with the Left Hand Organ Program playing chords (moved 2 octave) AND THE Right hand same program playing the melody (regular octave).

Insert FX is a Tempo Delay with one repeat 1/8 note.
Master FX1 the Modulating Filter (sounds like bubbles for noise)
Master FX2 is a Rotating Speaker (or Motion Sound Pro-3 in my case)

Set tempo around 130.
Play stacatto quarter notes and let the delay play the eighth note.
Tap tempo changes to drummer using Timbre or Foot Switch or Tempo Knob.

Have Fun: Here's an example of the ending:

Enjoy and post if you have questions.....

Thanks Sam.
That mp3 certainly has that sound happening.
Will probably take me a week to get that figured out but it sounds the go.
I will let you know how it goes.
Thanks Again
