New M50 73 display problem

So today i just testing my new m50 73 and the touch view display start blinking wierd and then it just light off. It seems like the internal screen light went off. everything else seems to work and i can see a little in the display but is kind of frustrating that a brand new 1399 synth just failed that way the first time u use it. Is there any solution for that other than returning it and wait 2 or 3 weeks more for another? Does it happend to anyone elese?

authorized repair centers are everywhere. I'd go that route...

In puerto rico the onlyone selling korg offers me a Triton Xtreme as the only korg keyboard they sale, also they have no technitian at the moment. Im thinking in returning it for a new one. I havent use it once and the display fails. I think theyll supose to give me a new one. hm

If it's less than 30 days old, I'd definitely demand a new one. No question...

Ill do, it has only 3 days and not one hour of use.
