Hi,

just got a brand new m50 for my b-day and after playing it for a few minutes, it freezes up? first i'm not able to switch patches anymore (or any button for that matter) and then after a while the sound will freeze up too.

any help is much appreciated.

Hi, seems to me to be technical problem. I'd would return the unit back for replacement or checkup.
