Syncrosoft not connecting to net ?

Syncrosoft not connecting to net ?

I have bought my steinberg key have installed the latest version on both my mac and pc.
I have bought V1.2 to run on my intel mac.

Problem, it keeps reporing that It can not find an internet connection :evil:

I have tried on both my pc and mac with firewalls on and off. Even reinstalled syncrosoft software which can be fun finding all the relevant files on a mac lol.

I have tried old and the latest version off the syncrosoft elicence.

It either comes up with a message that it cannot connect to the net and check my connections...well I'm connected I'm using firefox at the sametime.
Like I say even tried with my firewall off :/

What next do you think ?

Could it be their server is down ?

Does this prob happen alot, I don't know how to fix this, I do know I'm pritty pissed and am quite fed up with korg atm. There customer service is pritty poor from the few dealings i've had with them and i'd rather avoid ringing up ther 'couldn't give a toss' service line.

Ok so the server must of been down or something. I really do feel for software vendors when it comes to protecting their business, but keys really don't seem a great idea to me. There is always a way around these thing if you are inclined to steal software anyway.

It also says that syncrosoft don't support this system in their support section ?

Is this right Korg ?

I wonder how long Korg will support this system ?
