available RAM

hi

this concerns the available RAM... go to
MODE--RECORD/ INFO.... what should the number of bytes be to equal
64 Mb...???? thats in the standard set up and how many bytes equals 64MB
its a 9 figure number

Its actually 67MB.

I need to know, so I can work and arrange the number of samples I have ceated- ..since its says full.. so I have to trim my samples to fit...pick my best and most used therefore ..empty shoild read somthing like 8388608 bytes-- without fomating the samples ,what is the factory bytes available ???

It's a simple calculation:

67 x 1024 x 1024 = 70254592 bytes.

1 mB = 1024 kB,
1 kB = 1024 bytes.
