PLEASE---Korg Prophecy-Solo Synthesizer how to reset?

I have Korg Prophecy-Solo Synthesizer but it freezing up.It happent when i tryed to put new songs and i thing it has been infected with a virus.How do i remove or how do i reset it to default or how i can format it?

Please can anyone help me...

OnTreg, i dont know exactly what you mean or if you know what Prophecy
really is:
1: How the hell do you put songs in Prophecy?
2: There s no reset for it, except Loading factory sounds bac but it wont help you.
3: Take it to a repair center.
