yeah i got that so far. Do i have to click on midi button on my emx?
Do i have to set some changes in reason? Cause if i press a button now, nothing in reason seems to respond to it.

you don't have to do anything to the electribe...... it's your reason settings.

funny you should ask bout this , as ive spent the last 6 hours trying this to in hope that i neednt shell out and sell my mx for more hardware .... and BANG , so this IS the solution .

mx+reason is a f*ck*ng fantastic combo , and i wont sell my mx now .

You need asio drivers installed for kebboard comand and make sure you're device port is correctly mapped ( i'm " emu-asio ... " ) , then click the small arrow on the far left of the audio output section and also the button where it says " Adv midi device" .

This will open up the bit where you can set where your inputs ( parts 1 2 3 4 5 on the synth ) are triggering . Line them up and you're on your way .

fortunatly alot of the knobs on the mx activate the soft-synth knobs accordingly ( cutoff-cutoff , res-res , level-level ) .

My emu is actually proving to be a good choice of soundcard as reasons warps and flutters some smooth tasty sounds .

hope this helps you pal
