hi dear friends.
I got my Korg Zero 8 in april and it had problems. That most of you here on the forum read about or know in first hand. I had my mixer in for service for 2 months and no answer. The general agency didn´t wanna help and Korg never talks. But I didn´t stop to nag. One the they say that korg has somekind of circuitboard that they will put in the mixer, but i will cost me. this is intressting. There ain´t a hiss probelm (that´s what korg told the agency, at least the told me that) but they put in a new????
(my retailer pay the circutboard for me)

To the good news, i got my mixer back today and there is NO HISS and VU.meter works, but the output from the headphone jack cold have been better.

you mean before you had hiss, you asked tour retailer for repair and korg put a circuit inside to get no hiss and vumeter work? really? Did you pay something for that? cause they were rumors a kit would be done, then some korg uk ghost said no, then you say yes? wtf please could we customers be treated with respect and have a bit of info from korg representatives, is it too much to ask?

The general agency service put in the circuit and my reatiler pay it for med it cost 2500 swedish kronor. Korg are shitholes. This is the last thing i buy from them. Everyhing i have bought from them has alwayas had something with it.
This is really something...

But how does it go for you Euklid fox?

When i to them about the laws in sweden the general agency got really pist and things started to happen!
