main out static distortion

I am having trouble with my main outputs on my emx-1. When I play a bass or kick the left is loud and clean and the right is quieter and has a static distortion. When I change them to output 3-4 it sounds fine. So I assume it is a problem with the tubes. Does anyone have any advice how to correct this?
