Supplementary material on the CD-ROM

Post by mcbudha »

First off, hello and thanks for keeping this board going with good info.

Quick question. I picked up a store demo R3 recently minus the CD-rom and here I am digging for cd-rom supplemental material on how to "Control change assignments for the R3’s knobs/buttons" (e.g, mapping the midi CC# assignments).

1) Does anyone have or know where I can get the info from this file. I pulled the info I could manually using the knob navigation...but that appears to be leaving some things out (e.g. arpeggiator # trigger, etc).

2) Is the CD rom worth having? Aside from the driver, manual and editor (available on the website) was there anything useful on it? Anyone know where I can get one?

I remember that one of the things on the CD is the Effects Guide, check out this older conversation :

... there's a link there to download the document.

DAZ, much thanks. The complete Radias manual did have the controil change (CC) info in it as well as more great MIDI implementation data that mapped right over to R3. THANKS!

If anyone knows of any more MIDI implementation info specific to the R3 I sure would appreciate an email. Again, I am missing the R3 cd-rom documentation.

Look forward to helping on board when I can.

Peace,
