Suggestion: VST/AU Plugin to control PA2X / PA800

Hi guys,

I have a suggestion to make our lives ALOT easier in DAWs, especially Apple's Logic Studio.

I wish there were some kind of AU or VST plugin, or even a separate application which could control the PA2X or the PA800, just like they have on the M3.

If anyone has used Logic Studio with the PA series arrangers from Korg, you know how RIDICULOUS it is trying to find and set a sound for a midi channel from within Logic. The sounds are all over the place, not organized.

A plugin which would do this would be awesome. I mean come on.. the PA2X or PA800 is an ARRANGER, the whole point is to make arranging easier for us.
It could even control other parameters like effects, panning, maybe even EQ settings.. I don't know.

I hope this happens one day.

With LOGIC everything is ridiculous...try Cubase.

That is personally a limitation of how Logic works with MIDI. I mean come on only 14 banks per MIDI Instrument?

I just moved to Logic Studio and I remember back in version 5 it being 14 banks, I thought that would have moved to 128 by now. I guess not. I wouldn't swap to Cubase though as what you get with Logic Studio is amazing.
