How to install the 128 Free RADIAS Infused Combis!

128 Free RADIAS Infused Combis!
it is on a PCG file but I do not understand how to install it?
(I just installed the 512 new sound but want to install the 128 free radias)
I guess that I do not need any extension card for this or? :D

If you do not have the EXB-Radias board installed, you cannot use those files.

Serious question then, is there a new bank of 128 free Radias combis, or not? If there is, I can't find the link to download. I have the EXB-Radias installed in my M3.
