Success!! I ordered a new LCD from partsisparts it arrived in 2 weeks
with a workshop manual/disc. I did the repair in about 30-40 mins
and now have a very visible Display. many thanks to desert guy for his input. We get much better support from other members than Korg,
whose aftersale support is not so good. Cheers Dave
