The forum has been dragging & extremely slow for quite a while. Can anyone look into this and try to resolve the issue once and for all? It seems like the response time will improve for a short duration and then fall back into turtle/snail mode.

+1 BIG TIME!!
There have been several suggestions for solutions if you read various posts, but it doesn't seem like the owner/admin has any particular interest in maintaining and keep this forum alive.

Good thing we have an alternative at YM where a Korg subforum has been created.

I remember that Saul once said that he would be willing to host korgforums along with ym. No reaction to date.

System response is still extremely laggy. Can any of the Moderators or Admins help to resolve the issue?

The forums have become unstable. For the longest amount of time, logging on became a real chore and navigating to different screens resulted in error messages.
Right now, I was able to log in and navigate to this topic.
The only thing that looks suspicious is the number of "visitors". The last time I checked, the total count was about 650 (if my memory is correct). As of now, the count is down in the 300 range.
Is it possible that the site is being overloaded and causing server issues? If so, could someone try to resolve the problem? Over on Yamaha Musicians, Saul added an extra verification step, and he can activate it when needed to help keep his site from getting bogged down.

The visitor count is back over 600 and the site is snail slow. No replies to my PMs.
