new styles set not found

hello there so i download the free styles from the Korg website , formatted the usb stick with the i3 , and i downloaded the style file in the stick but i can't open the files in the i3 , it say file not found , i did exactly how is explained in the Korg website , i use window 10 i tried 2 different usb stick and i formatted them i also updated the i3 O/S i have found a video but is with MAC pc , i am assuming that is also window compatible ?
