Hello - I have a defective Nautilus workstation that Korg USA has agreed to replace. However, they seem to be stalling or stonewalling me. It has been 2 weeks since they committed to replacing the unit and they still have been unwilling/unable give me a date when the replacement unit will ship. I contacted the warranty repair shop (my unit is currently still at the repair shop) and as of today (2 weeks since Korg agreed to replace the unit) and Korg has not even contacted them!! Is there a way to escalate this issue at Korg? Any names/contact info would be greatly appreciated. If this continues I will need to consider contacting government authorities. I feel like I am doing Korg's job for them and nothing would get done if I wasn't continually pushing them. This is completely unacceptable. I don't want to leave the Korg family but they are certainly doing a fantastic job of pushing me out. They just don't seem to care about the customer at all. Rant off. Thanks for all replies!
