Do Wavestate/Modwave/Opsix share common power adapter?
Based on the specs I can find online, the new Korg ‘trinity’ (i.e., Wavestate, Opsix, Modwave) have common voltage/current (12V, 2.5A) requirements. Center-positive polarity seems to be most common with 12V adapters, but can anyone please confirm that the Modwave and Opsix have the same polarity? The reason I’m interested in confirming is because I own a Wavestate, but my studio is full to the brim. If the three are able to share a common power adapter, however, I can just swap out the synths at will (since all their connectors will then match). Thanks in advance

I recently bought a Modwave and use it with the power supply from my Wavestate. I cannot comment about the Opsix, but assume it will work, too.

After adding an Opsix to my setup, I can confirm it works well with the Wavestate power supply.KEYponderer wrote:I recently bought a Modwave and use it with the power supply from my Wavestate. I cannot comment about the Opsix, but assume it will work, too.
I wonder why they are different sizes because they are all certainly the same Input/Output spec. Maybe KORG changed suppliers. The one for my wavestate is bigger than my modwave.
