I'm a new member. just asked a question about calibrating a pedal not made by korg. when can I expect an answer?

Welcome. This forum is not run by Korg, but is populated by an enthusiastic and knowledgeable bunch of folk who are willing to help. Sometimes it may take weeks for an answer, other times only a few minutes. It just depends on when someone who is able to reply happens to be browsing that particular section.
