Wooden sides - Replacements available?
Sorry if this has been asked before. I searched but didn't find. Can I buy the wooden side cheeks for my Kronos 2 61 as replacement parts anywhere? I assume these are not really wood, correct? Thx.

They are, indeed, real wood!
I had to replace one of them on my LS88, and I was able to source it by contacting https://instrumentalparts.com/ via their email address. It was a special order and took a couple months to arrive, but I got it and it was perfect.
You may want to try https://www.partsisparts.net/ first; it’s usually where Korg will send you. In this case, I wasn’t able to get a reply from them, but then later I was able to source another part from them, so maybe my email about the side panel got lost.
I will say it’s a lot of screws to replace the side panels, but I was able to successfully do it, so it can’t be that hard, lol.

Thx! I had looked at partsisparts but no luck. Will try the other. I appreciate it.hephiroth wrote:They are, indeed, real wood!
