Korg Japan Sucks....

I have a second Oasys 76 recorded on Korg User.net
I need a re-autorization file and numbers to activate LAC Mod7 etc....
The serveur which deliver the informations is out since many months and probable some years. My Distributor has to ask these numbers to KORG...
He did it 2 months ago an no answer from Korg.... !!!!!!
It is not normal to wait so longer....

Does this not work?
The Korg registration/authorisation services have now moved to a different website, so it is worth trying:
https://id.korg.com
If you have any problems. contact your local Korg representative.

I'm registrated on korguser.net for my other Oasys.
So i know how to do there...
The page you linked I can read this:
"Currently KORG ID supports only for purchase of KORG Gadget for Mac and the registration."
So for other products what's happen ?
I'll try later....

The segment of interest starts about 3 mins in and ends at around 7 mins.
Do contact Korg to resolve this.

Hy....
Nothing to do.
Just as I said the link ID is only for software not hardware.
For the video, after viewing it I can can confirm that i knew all.
It's my second Oasys so I'm trained to use and update them a minimum
I just have received an email of someone in Japan but no answer....
Does someone in USA can provide the serial numbers for MOD7 Lac ....?
