Oasys 76, Need Help

Hey! I am a lucky new owner of a Korg Oasys 76, and therefore I have a few questions.
1. Bank U-A, Oasys Piano Exs2 does NOT sound, there are programs in the list, but there is no sound. It looks like there is no such bank on the HDD. Can anyone make a disk image and send a link by email?

2. The GLOBAL button suddenly stopped working. Did anyone have this? When buying, I checked it, everything worked, I brought it home (2 hours away), the button does not work. Because of this, I can not register on korguser, (I can not see the ID). Is there any other way to get to the GLOBAL menu?

Regarding the inoperative Global button, are there any other buttons that don't work e.g. the numeric keypad 6 button, Rewind, or Int E buttons? These share the same electrical circuit, which may help to narrow down the problem.

One way around an inoperative Global button might be to use the MidiQuest OASYS Editor Librarian:

Hy..
Your U-A piano can't give you a sound if you haven't activate Exs2...
Like Mod7 lac1 and others...

Or do you have enough memory to load all extension at start up ?

thanks, I was a beginner and did not know that I needed to load EXs2 through the global menu .. Both questions found a solution, the buttons were restored using WD40
