Minilogue XD not showing up in list of midi devices

First I couldn't get any midi input from the XD. So I decided to download and install an "updated" midi USB driver. Now the minilogue xd doesn't' show up in the list of available devices at all.
I need a known good Windows 64 bit usb midi driver for the minilogue xd. Then I need to figure out why the XD isn't registering midi input.
Perhaps this is a known issue?
