New Korg B2 issues

Hi,
Was hoping I could get some help here. I just got a new Korg B2 today, and I am having some really strange issues. After I powered it on, I noticed most of the keys don't work. Whenever I press a key that does work, I hear the note and another note on the opposite side of the keyboard (so if I press a high note I'll hear a low tone, vice versa). Pressing some keys just causes the keyboard to freeze up completely, at which point I can't even power it off without unplugging it. Seems like the keys are completely screwed up, has anyone had a similar issue before? The main keys that do work seem to be the first 12 white keys... but it's seemingly random.
I have contacted product support but I figured I'd ask here on the chance that somebody has some idea how to fix this.
Thanks
