Korg nanoKONTROL Studio Failed to open the Midi Port

Hi anyone,
My Korg nanoKontrol Editor is not connecting with nanoKontrol Studio. Please see both attach files. How to fix?? It worked when I bought it last summer and then, a month age it stopped connecting. I've done everything with the uninstaller also. In the Editor under preferences, midi in is not connected and midi is is. Somehow I got midi out to connect yesterday. I normally use the nano Studio to control DMXis. But it doesn't show up as a active midi input anymore.
