Hello, I just got a korg b2 yesterday from gears4music, it arrived and I set it up, only to notice that one of the keys doesn’t play if pressed lightly compared to the others that do work when I do the same, the key only plays when pressed hard, I called them up and asked if there was anyway to sort it and they said to factory reset it, I asked how and they couldn’t tell me, I’ve tried finding it online on how to factory reset the korg b2 but can’t find anything, if anyone could help I would be most grateful ! Thanks

P.s I would of written in the correct section for this but I couldn’t find the section for the b2
