Inquiring about what to use to clean my Korgs.
Mos just said good old water and microfiber, but I came across this Key ONE - All Purpose Cleaner. Wanted to get every ones opinion on this?
Also want to use it on my other Korgs, speakers, guitars, Roland VG-99, etc

I have a simple cloth/fabric cover for my K88
It goes on when ever I am not playing/recording.

That keeps the dust from accumulating. It is a worth while habit IMO.

For the keys, a slightly damp cotton cloth to wipe the keys get it done

Its just me-- I don't use household cleaning agents on my boards or gear.

My studio monitors are wood- I use a simple wood cleaner. Thats the only exception.

If I gigged , probably it would be a different cleaning approach.

I don't use chemical products on my electronic machines. Lettering is fragile, same with key contacts and other components.

I clean my Kronos with a dry microfiber to get rid of fingerprints and other unwanted spots. If something doesn't go away, one or two water drops first and on the very worse case a very tiny bit of glycerine soap.

First of all, I always keep my keys covered when I’m not using them. I also keep a Swiffer type dusting gadget handy to do occasional dusting, not the one my wife uses for other household dusting, but one just for my gear. As previously suggested, a damp micro type cloth works for almost everything else. I sometimes use those camera lens cleaners that are in the little foil packages to clean my screen. I have a plastic screen protector so I’m not too concerned about damaging the screen.

I usually just hose mine down. Seems to do a good job of keeping it clean.

My neighbors bring out their power washers when I play too loud

I too am hesitant to use chemicals on music / tech gear. I use a dry micro fiber cloth on surface and keys. If the keys get a little too sweaty, I use a damp corner of the cloth, then go back over with the dry portion. That's what I learned from everyone here.

As for hosing down, I'd be more enthusiastic if seeing a wet t-shirt was a visual perk, but since it's only me I can assure you it's just not that exciting.
