You can easily change this by editing the program. I think you push Shft+Program and then scroll through the pages until you find Mono1, Mono2 and Poly. You will have to save the new program in a user slot.
Check page 4 of the Parameter Guide for editing and page 21 of the Owner's Manual for saving.
