Songbook Editor 3

Post by gordonw »

Hi all

Just noticed a new songbook editor 3.0 released.
I use songboook/setlists and have done, since owning a pa4x for 2 years now.

Can someone tell me briefly the advantages of using this editor as opposed to simply doing it my own way (following manual).

Will I find it useful and is it easy to use ??

Thanks for any advice.

Can you share a link to version 3.0, because I can't find it anywhere.
Only 2.0 (which doesn't install on my computer).

Thanks for the link from me also.
Unfortunately .msi files will not install on my computer, I don't know why.
This was the case with other versions of SE as well, so I hoped for a nice install this time.
No such luck. There must be something wrong with my pc I guess.

song book editor

Post by mazydazydinah »

Hi there, I also have a lot of questions about the song book editor , but I joined the Korg UK Live Webinar, last night. It was very good, to get started it only covered the basics of the songbook and set lists, very handy if you were having trouble knowing about these. but, they are going to do a whole one hour on the song book editor which should explain a few things. Then as more people join and say what they want to cover, it should get better and better.

If you go to the Korg World Magazine site it will tell you all about it, it's free and you don't have to buy anything, which is quite a change.

Korg UK did a webinar at 17:00 UK time on Monday, I expect that a future one will be on using Songbook Editor.

Hi,

You should set up your windows completely new ;)

A possible workaround :

Download and install "7-zip".

Then do a RIGHT klick to the .msi file and choose "extract to destination". After extraction is done change to the folder and try to run the included exe file.
