This might be a silly question, but here goes,
When I plug in my headphones, the piano plays sound both through headphones and the piano speakers, defeating purpose of silent headphone practice. On the bottom panel of the piano (where the power supply is plugged in, midi in out etc), there seems to be only one output for headphones: a 1/8' line out. How do I turn off the "piano monitoring" so I can hear the output only through the headphones? Thanks!

There are two mini headphone jacks at the very left hand side of the piano front panel, directly below the leftmost piano key, allowing two sets of headpones to be plugged in simultaneously. Plugging headphones into either socket should mute the internal speakers.
The Line Out socket on the rear panel is for audio output to an external amplifier, or to a recording device to obtain high quality audio recordings.
