Hi everyone, I have a problem with my korg D3200. It remains in stand-by mode. There's no way to make it work.
There's no way to use the test mode or any other service mode on start up. The hard drive is ok. The CD drive is ok too. I tested them.
I need your knowledge. Could any of you help me ? Please. Thank you.

But the red power led is on? (It always should be on as long as the power button on the rear side is pressed)

I had an issue with the Standby switch. Essentially it did not "click" like normal and I couldn't turn the machine on. My brother took it apart and discovered the tape that holds the switch cover on had failed. With some Gorilla tape he was able to make the repair and it works great.

This ((MAY)) be the switch you are looking for. I'd give them a call to confirm. Or check our part number against theirs.

Im havin a similar issue with my d3200 where by on a cold start up it will shut down into standby immediately. Generally , this stops after its warmed up but its been a headache from day one when I purchased it in 2017.
I get no error codes, and main power does not shut off.
Not sure if its a bad solder joint or tactile switch, they are poorly made switches.
Dumping backup on to a pc will do me no good for back up as it woukd wipe what i have on the good one clean on the re install.

I use this for demo work only and since purchased another with no issue.

My question is can I dump songs individually from one d3200 to another via midi, or use the aux out jacks on and send to 2 channels in the good 3200?
Id prefer to be able to still solo ibdividual channels yet, but again just want to save what i can.

Pc based daw in the works , but want to save what I have.
HELp!
Thanks,
J
