Hello!

Problem with Kronos X.

Sometimes a situation takes place. Kronos is cutting piano sound. When I hold key, sound lasts 1sec and cut. After that, I try to restart Kronos and I see SYSTEM STARTUP FAILED. Another few attempts -> Kronos is starting correctly. And play correctly!! Many hours!

Any ideas?
Mainboard? RAM? Disk?

I think you’ve hit on 3 possibles.
But honestly I’d start with the RAM. That’s probably the easiest to remove and reseat.

Not sure if you’re comfortable taking it apart but if you are I’d start there. I’m going to say no warranty because it’s an X? That’s what I have.
