I love the fact there are allot of sound paks from Krome Heaven and Dans stuff but I always have to blow away banks in order to load sounds.
Is there an editor librarian software out there that will let me pick and choose single Combis or programs and make a custom list of banks...preferable Window 64bit

I think the official Korg editor should be capable of doing so.
However, PCG Tools can combine programs, combis etc. from multiple PCG files.
