Assigning Pedals to functions

Hi guys,
I've got myself two pedals for the kronos. I've been trying to work this out for a while and gave up!
Is it possible to assign one pedal to sustain and another pedal to step through sounds in a setlist? I seem to be able to assign one pedal to one or the other but can never work out how to get a second pedal doing the other function.

Yes, set one pedal to damper (for sustain) and set other to footswitch with "program up" or "program down" function as you desire.

Hello all,
Why is pedal function a global setting? That's very limiting. Pedal functions should be assignable per patch. On an organ I want the switch to troll rotary speed. On a guitar I want the same pedal to control bend, on horns I want mute or after touch. On some patches I want the volume pedal to be master volume. On some others I want it to be volume of one timbre form blending.
Has anyone figured this out?

set pedal to a cc / pedal function and then in each patch use that as an ams source for whatever parameter you want to assign.
