Headphones & pa4x ??

Since yesterday i have a new korg toy pa4x... 
Small childrens + night playing and setting keyboard = hedphones.....speakers at night are big problem...
I am thinking about Audio technica ATH M50x.....do you have any suggestion for a studio quality headphones in price range 100-200$ that can be used insteed monitor at home...?
