Hi Fellas,
I would love to install the new OS. Can someone (Please) take a picture of the ppropriate Extracted files that get installed into the Kronos.
For example, is it necessary to install all the extracted PDF user manual files in Span. Jap., etc?
Thanks Frank

I have always removed the non English PDFs (manuals) and never had a problem. I cannot see why you would need them or why removing them should cause a problem.

INSTALL just the nine files other than the Manuals folder. Use a stick that contains only those nine files.

Just copy the contents of the unzipped folder to a USB stick. Do not copy the folder itself, just the contents to the root directory of the USB stick. Do not unzip anything else. Copying the manuals to the USB will not affect the update. The Kronos ignores that file.

Why is the mnt folder empty? Did I miss something or do files get extracted to that folder?

Mine wouldn't see the files for installation and repeatedly stated that the installation failed until I turned the keyboard off and then on again to reboot it. I then was able to do the install no problem.

hi,
I keep getting system failure. What would happen if I chose Multiple select button---chose all the update files--and then press Load?
When I then go to Global and press Update do you think they'ld load then?
